OPTION OF SELLER TO DELIVER IN INSTALLMENTS
Seller shall have the option to deliver the goods in two or more installments as seller shall elect, but seller shall give buyer [Days of notice] days written notice of any intention to make delivery in installments and of the schedule of deliveries to be made.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
